Post Motor Noise in subs Reply with quote
When I was running two amps I had no ALT wine, now with the 4 amps I have motor noise from the subs. I really did not do too much trouble shooting just yet anything I can check first.
Thanks

Do you have the RCA's running on a different side of the truck from the power wires? Did you use the RCA outputs on each amp to daisy chain them? If not how are your RCA's setup? If you're getting engine noise its something to do with where the RCA's are relative to the power and ground most likely.

They do run on the same side, I am using the in and out on the amps to connect them together. When I disconnect the RCA's the noise goes away. My next days off I will try to move the RCA's
Thanks

No problem, try moving them, that "should" fix it.
