Sorry I do not have IM set up right now...
This first pic is of the shell, I was trying to see if it would fit. I put it in by myself but I could not take it out, it was a little to big on the top corners. I had to angle the top edges a little more.

Thanks
No, the subs have not arrived yet. They were shipped last Friday and the estimated arrival date is Thursday March 30. I am not sure why but the shipping calculator says that the subs are still in Phoenix Arizona, it shows they never left that location. I might call them (fed ex) to see if the subs are still on the way here. I was hoping to have them for this weekend.
I have all the power wires and extra batteries connected and Thursday afternooon I will complete the rest. I had all the 1/0 connections crimped with the proper tool at a shop my brother used to work at. I called around to purchase my own 1/0 crimp tool but the best price I could find was $200.00.

A hammer works great or solder them into the terminals for an even better connection. Anyway ever since RE started shipping fedex and not ups it seems it takes about a day longer than it used to in order to get the subs in. Last few times my orders shipped on a friday they didnt arrive until saturday morning. Which makes me think they were supposed to be there friday but fedex didnt have time to get all their deliveries out before closing time. Since the hurricanes shipping here is always a pain in the ass. I'm still plannin on going sunday assuming I dont bust the other sub before then. http://www.teamspead.net/DSC00258.jpg Get a load of that shit! lol.

Looks good, sorry to hear about the amp.

Just from past bad experiences..... Dont you think it would be better to mount the amps to the floor instead of the box. Rattling those boards in those amps are not helpful!

Yeah I am sure mounting them on the floor would be better But I do not have enough room for all 4 amps. The sides of the box are my only option to mount the amps. The sides of the box was flexing but I have since then added another brace on each side.

if you have to mount them on the box use some rubber mat .25'' thick under amp mounting
tabs, screw thru it to wood should dampen the vibration.

Other options if it flexes bad is All-Thread get you some of that and it will help.

The cross braces that I added appears to be working just fine. I have not checked to see if it still flexes with all four amps. As of last night April 13, I have all four amps hooked up, and have another for a spare.

From the little that I played it so far it is a lot louder, now the subs are moving. eD told me to set the voltage out on the amps at 34.5 volts which they said is 1200 watts at 1ohm. I have the bass boost completely off and all the x overs at the same setting.

LOL at ED. 34.5*34.5 would be about 1200 watts but your reactive load wont be anywhere near 1ohm when its playing. Either way the voltage you set them at wont matter much just changes what volume it peaks at. Just make sure you have them set high enough to not run out of clicks before the amps peak out.

Should be able to get at least double that voltage out of each of those amps I was getting over 100+ out of one of my amps with a sub wired at 4 ohm
